4th Grade Summer Reading List (for students entering into 4th Grade)

Did you know that students who don’t read over the summer can have a 2-3 month loss in reading ability? The goal is to read 20 minutes every day!

Listed below is a suggested list of books to read over the summer.

➢ Choose two books from the list below or you can choose any two chapter books you’d like. Try and get something close to your reading range. You can use your Lexile range from your Milestones test to help you. ➢ Then, complete the “Amazon Listing Novel Project” (on the back) for each

book on a separate piece of paper. Don’t just copy a review off of Amazon.com. Do your own work! ➢ Turn in your Amazon projects to Mrs. Bryan by Friday, August 9, 2019.
